If you still have not received your Fare Protection confirmation email within 60 minutes, please let us know at email@example.com and include the following information, so that we may quickly locate your transaction in case of email typos:
- Your Fare Protection ID (displayed to you when you placed your purchase)
- If you forgot your Fare Protection ID, please inform us of your itinerary details (Departure and Arrival airports and travel dates)
