Can I cancel my Fare Protection?

Generally, Fare Protection purchases are not eligible for refunds. However, in special cases, purchases may be canceled and refunded:

  • If you purchased Fare Protection in error, please let us know within 120 minutes. Please include your Fare Protection ID with your request.
  • If you discover a duplicate transaction/charge, please let us know and we will attempt to cancel the duplicate charge. Please include the Fare Protection ID(s) affected.
